ERIC DION
Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Eric Dion is a seasoned executive and the founder of ENNOVOCEAN, where he serves as Chief Strategy Officer. With more than 30 years of leadership experience, he has consistently driven transformative growth across global manufacturing environments by combining strategic clarity, innovation, and disciplined execution.
Throughout his career, Eric has held senior executive roles spanning the defence, aerospace, automotive, industrial, medical, and recreational products sectors. His leadership has delivered measurable, high-impact results including significant market share expansion, and record-level revenue performance.
Prior to founding ENNOVOCEAN, Eric served as President, Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer in multiple organizations, where he led complex business turnarounds, accelerated revenue growth, and executed bold strategic repositioning initiatives. His approach consistently enabled companies to achieve global scalability, profitability, and long-term competitive advantage.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from McGill University and an Executive MBA from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) a dual foundation that allows him to bridge complex technical realities with high-level business strategy.
